There’s a fine line between a fair, negative review - and a review that is full of outright lies. For example, you may remember hanging up on a relay call once (out of unfamiliarity with the technology) – and acknowledge this when it is mentioned in a negative review. Or you may notice that a reviewer makes up names of your employees, rambles about terrible food instead of focusing on service, or takes things way out of context.

Let’s say your business had politely informed the customer that there were no available tables in a quieter location in your establishment. It would then be inaccurate (not to mention distasteful) for a reviewer to claim you didn’t respond to him and “rejected him rudely.”
